Given the 27 bits netmask, the ip addresses 10.10.1.32/27 and 10.10.1.44/27 belong to the same subnetwork as they have the same 27 bits; instead 10.10.1.32/27 and 10.10.1.90/27 do not belong to the same subnetwork because they do not have the same 27 bits.
